Kebijakan ini menjelaskan data apa yang dikumpulkan SaveUs Downloader ("SaveUs", "kami"), untuk apa, dan pilihan yang kamu miliki.

This policy explains what data SaveUs Downloader ("SaveUs", "we") collects, why, and the choices you have.

1. Data yang tersimpan di perangkatmu

SaveUs tidak meminta akun. Beberapa data disimpan di browser kamu (localStorage) agar aplikasi berfungsi:

  • Riwayat unduhan — judul, platform, jenis, kualitas, waktu, dan penanda tautan (untuk fitur "link sudah pernah diunduh"). Hanya ada di browser ini dan tidak dikirim ke server sebagai daftar riwayat.
  • Preferensi — tema (terang/gelap) dan bahasa.
  • ID sesi live chat — agar percakapan dengan tim bantuan tidak terputus.

Kamu bisa menghapusnya kapan saja lewat tombol Hapus Semua atau dengan menghapus data situs di browser.

1. Data stored on your device

SaveUs does not ask you to create an account. Some data is kept in your browser (localStorage) so the app can work:

  • Download history — title, platform, type, quality, time, and a link marker (used for the "link already downloaded" feature). It exists only in this browser and is not sent to the server as a history list.
  • Preferences — theme (light/dark) and language.
  • Live chat session ID — so your conversation with support is not interrupted.

You can delete it at any time with the Clear All button or by clearing site data in your browser.

2. Data yang diproses server

Saat kamu menekan Analisis atau Download, tautan yang kamu tempel dikirim ke server SaveUs untuk membaca informasi media dan menyiapkan file. Server dapat meneruskan tautan itu ke layanan pihak ketiga (provider) yang dibutuhkan untuk mengambil media. File sementara dihapus oleh sistem setelah selesai atau kedaluwarsa.

Untuk keamanan, pencegahan penyalahgunaan, dan pemeliharaan layanan, server dapat mencatat data teknis seperti alamat IP, waktu permintaan, jenis perangkat/browser, dan informasi jaringan perkiraan (misalnya penyedia internet). SaveUs dirancang agar URL lengkap tidak disimpan dalam metrik server.

2. Data processed by the server

When you press Analyze or Download, the link you pasted is sent to the SaveUs server to read the media information and prepare the file. The server may forward that link to third-party services (providers) needed to fetch the media. Temporary files are removed by the system after completion or expiry.

For security, abuse prevention and service maintenance, the server may record technical data such as IP address, request time, device/browser type, and approximate network information (e.g. the internet provider). SaveUs is designed so that full URLs are not stored in server metrics.

3. Live chat dengan tim bantuan

Pesan dan gambar yang kamu kirim lewat live chat disimpan di server agar tim bantuan dapat membaca dan membalasnya. Jangan kirim password, kode OTP, cookie, atau data pribadi sensitif.

3. Live chat with support

Messages and images you send through live chat are stored on the server so the support team can read and reply to them. Never send passwords, OTP codes, cookies or sensitive personal data.

4. Layanan pihak ketiga

Halaman SaveUs memuat font dari Google Fonts, sehingga browser kamu terhubung ke server Google untuk mengambil font tersebut. Provider unduhan dan platform sumber (YouTube, TikTok, dll.) memiliki kebijakan privasi masing-masing yang tidak kami kendalikan.

4. Third-party services

SaveUs pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers to fetch them. Download providers and source platforms (YouTube, TikTok, etc.) have their own privacy policies which we do not control.

5. Notifikasi browser

Jika kamu mengizinkan, SaveUs menampilkan notifikasi saat unduhan selesai atau ada balasan bantuan. Izin ini bersifat opsional dan bisa dicabut lewat pengaturan browser.

5. Browser notifications

If you allow it, SaveUs shows a notification when a download finishes or a support reply arrives. This permission is optional and can be revoked in your browser settings.

6. Penggunaan & berbagi data

Data teknis dipakai hanya untuk menjalankan, mengamankan, dan memperbaiki layanan. Kami tidak menjual data pribadi. Data dapat dibuka jika diwajibkan oleh hukum yang berlaku.

6. How data is used & shared

Technical data is used only to run, secure and improve the service. We do not sell personal data. Data may be disclosed if required by applicable law.

7. Anak-anak

SaveUs tidak ditujukan untuk anak di bawah 13 tahun, dan kami tidak dengan sengaja mengumpulkan data dari mereka.

7. Children

SaveUs is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

8. Hak & kontak

Kamu dapat meminta penjelasan atau penghapusan percakapan live chat melalui halaman Bantuan. Riwayat di browser dapat kamu hapus sendiri kapan saja.

8. Your rights & contact

You can ask about or request deletion of your live chat conversation through the Help page. You can delete browser history yourself at any time.

9. Perubahan kebijakan

Kebijakan ini dapat diperbarui. Tanggal pembaruan terakhir tertera di bagian atas halaman; penggunaan layanan setelah pembaruan berarti kamu menerima perubahannya.

This policy may be updated. The latest update date is shown at the top of the page; continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the changes.
